If you are on Win 7 / XP then after right clicking Computer and Selecting Manage, you will need to navigate to 'Device Manager' on the left hand side of the new window that pops on when you clicked Manage. If however you are on Windows 7 or even Win XP still, you can access it by right clicking on 'My Computer' or 'Computer' and selecting, 'Manage'. Easiest would be to use your search bar on Win 8 / 10 and just search 'Device Manager' without quotes. This can be accessed through a couple ways.
